In 2024, over 550 H-1B Labor Condition Applications were certified just for jobs in Prosper — that’s more than the total homes sold over the last six months. JP Morgan estimates a 50% drop in new visa applications, and we’re already seeing the effects in open house traffic and buyer urgency.
