Meet Mathew Koshy

When you meet Mathew Koshy, you can immediately tell: this is someone who genuinely cares about doing right by people. With nearly two decades in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market, Mathew has earned a reputation not just as a reliable agent—but as a steady, ethical guide in one of life’s biggest financial journeys.

Mathew’s background is as solid as they come. Before real estate, he spent years in technical roles at Abbott Labs, sharpening his attention to detail, process-oriented thinking, and commitment to excellence. That experience shaped the way he approaches real estate today—with precision, integrity, and a calm that reassures even the most anxious first-time buyer.

He started his real estate career in 2006 with Coldwell Banker and spent over a decade with William Davis Realty before joining eXp Realty and The Cliff Freeman Group. Over the years, he has helped countless families and investors find their place in DFW—serving communities from Irving and Mesquite to Forney, Sunnyvale, and Heartland.

What sets Mathew apart, though, isn’t just his track record of successful transactions or his partnerships with custom builders across North Texas. It’s his unwavering mission: to offer honest, efficient, and ethical service in every deal. He’s known for being patient, practical, and always available—often answering client questions late into the evening or hopping on a call to ease last-minute concerns. As one client put it, “He helped me find a home in a week and never made me feel rushed.”

Fluent in English and Hindi, Mathew is especially beloved by North Texas’s growing South Asian community, not only for his communication skills but for his cultural understanding. He knows that a home is more than walls and a roof—it’s where families gather, grow, and create legacy. And that’s why he’s so passionate about helping his clients make the right decision, not just the fast one.

Whether it’s guiding a buyer through the custom home building process, advising on foreclosures, or simply walking a nervous first-timer through the fine print of a contract, Mathew does it all with patience, humility, and a teacher’s heart. He lives by the motto he shares with every client: “Call me, with confidence.”

Because when you work with Mathew Koshy, you're not just buying a house—you’re building a relationship grounded in trust, guided by experience, and supported every step of the way.
