Diana J. Marshall doesn’t just work in real estate—she lives it. With over 25 years of experience, Diana has helped people from all walks of life buy, sell, and invest in properties of every kind: homes, land, manufactured housing, businesses, and everything in between. But to truly understand who Diana is, you have to go beyond the resume. She's not just a Realtor—she’s a rescuer, a responder, a leader, a survivor, and a straight shooter with a heart of gold.

Before she was closing deals across California and Texas, Diana was answering very different kinds of calls. She’s trained as a First Responder. She’s served in Search and Rescue. She’s cared for animals and people in the wake of wildfires. She’s even been part of a Mounted Assistance Unit, riding horseback into remote areas to help those in need. That same spirit of service and grit carries over into her work as a Realtor. When clients call Diana, they get more than a transaction—they get an ally who shows up, solves problems, and sees it through, no matter how tough or complex the deal might be.

Diana's real estate journey began the old-school way: learning under top producers, studying their craft, and grinding through every detail behind the scenes. She mastered it all—contracts, negotiations, the art of pricing, land use, distressed sales—and stepped into her own with a deep understanding of both the market and the human side of every sale. Her experience spans across counties, across states, and across property types. She's helped people find first homes, sell long-held family land, and close investment deals others wouldn’t touch. And through it all, her integrity has never wavered.

She’s also, just for the record, a former dwarf car racer, an equestrian of over 20 years, and the proud owner of Wendy, a quarter horse she's loved for nearly two decades. She fosters animals in her spare time, continues to serve on community response teams, and never hesitates to roll up her sleeves when someone—or something—needs help. That’s who she is.
