For Caroline Freeman, it feels like she's been in the real estate industry since the day she was born. Her father, Cliff Freeman, who's been in the industry for more than 35 years himself helped her learn about all about real estate sales, marketing, customer service - and so much more - as she grew up. She always knew she wanted to be a real estate agent, but Caroline also wanted to get a college education to round out her skill set and ability to offer even more to her future clients.
She attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, and graduated early, after 3.5 years. In addition to being a member of the Outbound Leadership Program, which helps hone young adult's leadership and goal-setting skills, Caroline was also on the Dean's list and President's list while at Texas Tech. By the age of 21, Caroline had already bought and sold an investment property and purchased her own primary residence.
Her goals as an agent are to help homeowners sell their homes above market value and below market time. She also seeks to help home buyers save thousands of dollars when buying a home. Since graduating, she's partnered up with her father and brother in helping run the The Cliff Freeman Group powered by EXP.
